The importance of Tin Ore and Birch Timber becomes very apparent when you start to craft a Fishing Boat for the first time. Currently I am building Fishing Boast in Epheria Port but I farm both of these materials to the NE of Calpheon. This screen shot shows how the nodes are connected.
